Can you 1st make sure you have the latest drivers for your graphics card installed and if you do, try doing a clean install of them as resolves most crashing issues. Also do you have the same problem in the latest beta from here and see if the same crash happens. Quote
Onetomato Posted October 27, 2020 Author Posted October 27, 2020 Programs crashes after clicking new document (immediately shuts down). I had this problem for quite awhile now(even with previous versions). I found out after disabling my graphics driver (Intel HD Graphics 3000) that I can still use it however its a hassle. Unfortunately, Windows has not update that driver, latest being 9.17.10.4459 (5/19/2016). I was hoping that future release might address this issue but no luck so far. The new beta has the same issue. If there was a workaround with this, it will be much appreciated since I do own Affinity Photo, Designer and Publisher. All three has the same issue. Quote
