Help Menu > missing items/ link to offline help.app

Usually in all Affinity apps the Help Search results display related app menu entries AND topics in the offline Help. The latter don't appear in AD v1904 beta, and there the link to the offline Help (start page) is shown only as long the Help Search field is empty.

The above screenshot shows that although the Help Topics list is in German — presumably because of system language settings — the quotation marks are not as expected (e.g. “OpenColorIO” instead of „OpenColorIO“).

The entire German Affinity help html files use the upper quotation marks only. – But note, there is no absolute 100% rule for German quotation marks to be set at bottom + top only. The computer's predecessor, the "Typewriter", only offer(ed) the upper " but not the bottom ,, variant. Also nowadays the Finder on a German macOS and e.g. browser text fields (like this post, but German websites, too) uses this so called "Schreibmaschinensatz" (~ 'typewriter type setting') with its "non-typographical" quotation marks, where I would use the comma twice ,, to visually simulate a bottom version of ".

Concerning the German results within a English app version: I would prefer to get English but don't know how to force it. Unfortunately this auto-translation doesn't work reliable, for instance "table" doesn't display at all the according "Tabelle" but offers only German results containing the English word "table" (e.g. the "LTU" topic).
