Hello,

I am getting a message saying 'an error occurred when exporting to [folder]' when I try and export to PDF. Can anybody help please? Thanks in advance :)

a) From which application you try to export from?
b) Do you use an export preset? If yes, which one? Does help switching to an other PDF export preset?
c) You can do debugging on your own by deleting elements / pages / artboards one by one and try to export again.
d) You can upload your document file here.

Thanks for your quick response Joachim!

a) Affinity Publisher

b) I have tried both PDF (for print) and PDF (for export) and the both come up with the same error message...

c) Yes I will try that it if nothing else works, there are quite a few different elements on it so rather not if I don't have to!

d) See attached :)

Thanks

@g.bwt Problem solved.

The BWT logo is RGB, but has a CMYK ICC profile applied. This should be not allowed/possible(?), but I saw this before. Replace the BWT logo with a correct one (attached) and you can export.

Beta 1.9.0.798 crashed to desktop in the export dialogue after a few seconds.
