carl123 Posted October 17, 2020 Posted October 17, 2020 If the 10 day trial is not long enough for you, you can always purchase the retail copy of Publisher after that and you then have another 14 days to evaluate it and you can return it anytime within that 14 day period for a "no questions asked" full refund, if it does not suit your needs. It comes down to who they have their contract with. If they purchased from Serif then Serif holds the contract and makes the return rules. But if they purchased from Apple or Microsoft then Apple's rules or Microsoft's rules apply. Serif has no say in the matter in this situation.
