Data Merge not working with pinned picture frames

Title says it all? If the picture frame is pinned into the text, the images are not placed on merge, there is nothing in Resource Manager and only the placeholder icon is inside the picture frame. Interesting fact: If you use the Preview in Data Merge Manager, the images show up.

Thanks I can reproduce this, although it seems fine with the data merge node tool, I could only reproduce it without using the tool - Assume you found the same?
