I encountered an issue printing custom artwork on a #10 envelope designed in Affinity Publisher. The artwork falls within normal margins of most paper sizes, .25" However, when I print (Mac Sierra to Canon Pro-100) the printer stops printing the artwork 1.5" from the tail (right) edge of the envelope. Affinity Designer isn't alone in this issue. I had the same issue printing this document from InDesign. However, I was able to create a work-around in InDesign by adding 1" to the width of the document and the paper size. This same work-around does not work with Affinity Publisher. When I create the larger document and send it to the larger paper/envelope size, the Canon printer pulls the paper in and then stops without printing anything. The error button light flashes on the printer and I have to press the button to extract the page, unprinted.

Has anyone else seen this issue? I'm using a trial version of Affinity Publisher right now and this added the inability to create a mail merge might be a deal breaker.

Unfortunately this sounds as though it may be an issue with your printer, or printer settings as it's happening in more than one app.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling your printers, using the latest drivers?

What happens if you export to PDF and then try and print the document using Preview?

I would recommend checking the printers manual, to see if you can find the reason/meaning behind the error light that you're seeing here.

I hope this helps!
