DarthChicken12 Posted October 15, 2020 Share Posted October 15, 2020 The smudge tool really doesnt cut it when trying to blur a whole drawing because it pushes the image around, would be nice to have a blur tool to make drawings seem to fade away and unfocus some spots. That said, if you really want to blur the entire image, you may be better off using the blur layer fx (click the "fx" button on the Layers panel to get at these) or one of the various Blur options under the Filters menu. In Designer the Blur brush is there but not hiding under the Smudge tool. If you don't see the blur brush (its icon looks like a water drop) you may need to customize the tools (View -> Customize Tools). The Layer FX are also there.
