I purchase Affinity designer and I have it install on my laptop however I just purchase a new dest top computer and I want to install Affinity on it. I have my product key code. Can it be installed on 2 devices without purchasing another key code.

Assuming that both run the same kind of OS (both Mac, or both Windows), and that you're the only person who would use the application for commercial purposes, you can install it on multiple computers.

Did you also specify the correct email address associated with the product key?

If you're sure that:

• the email and product key are correct, and
• you're installing on the same kind of OS as your laptop, and
• you're installing the correct application for that product key, then

you should probably email affinity@serif.com for more assistance. Sometimes email is a more appropriate mechanism for resolving problems, and this may be one of them.
