Wacom works on artboard but not outside of it

Hi 

I have an old Intuos PTZ-630 tablet on Windows 10. The pen works fine on the artboard but not outside of the artboard.

This certainly sounds odd! Please could you tell me which version of Designer you are using?

Thank you for the reply. I have now solved it. Needed to update the app list on the Intuos software to include Designer and Photo. 

All working fine. The version is the latest as I only purchased it yesterday and initial thoughts are goodbye Adobe :)
