Problem: in Pixel Persona, the Layers panel ignores attempts to rearrange objects by dragging.

Same here for me in Designer and Pixel persona. macOS 10.14.6

I saw this with the first new document I made but it went away later with another new document.

MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) Mac OS 10.12.6 || Mac Pro (Late 2013) Mac OS 10.14.6

Affinity Designer 1.8.6 | Affinity Photo 1.8.6 | Affinity Publisher 1.8.6 | Beta versions as they appear.

Thanks anon2,

I've reproduced this - it actually seems far worse than just not re-arranging objects. I found that if I started to group objects after attempting to drag it began creating these weird duplicate objects that would disapppear from the Layers Panel if I tried to toggle their visibility and also began causing the document to not show everything I had selected.

I'll get this passed on to development.
