The limit is set by the App Store terms & conditions. 5 devices, for personal use, provided they all use the same Apple ID. Bulk licensing for business is also available. Hope this helps. rjbveyron@yahoo.co.uk Posted November 4, 2015 Share Posted November 4, 2015 I've just downloaded Affinity from the app store, having been told how great it is. I have downloaded it to my iMac, my girlfriend wants to download it to our macbook. She's in the states on business and is using my UK apple ID on the macbook but it says 'unknown error' when she asks it to download. Is there a reason?
