John Zhou Posted October 8, 2020 Posted October 8, 2020 Hi, recently I bought a Fujifilm X-T4, but I found Affinity Photo can not support X-T4's RAW format photo. The original X-T4's photo is 6k pixel width and 4k pixel height, but when I use AP open the RAW photo, the height has been cropped to 1k pixel height automatically. I found there are two RAW engines I can choose in the Develop Assistant, Serif Labs and Apple (Core Image RAW), but neither could work. My Mac is Mac mini 2020, running macOS 10.15.7. Affinity Photo ver. 1.8.4 Wish someone can help me, thanks!
Staff MEB Posted October 12, 2020 Staff Posted October 12, 2020 Hi @John Zhou, Welcome to Affinity Forums I've tried opening a few RAWs from the Fujifilm X-T4 and they are working fine for me with both engines. Do you mind attaching the file shown in your screenshot above please? I can provide an upload link if you wish to keep the file private. A Guide to Learning Affinity Software
John Zhou Posted October 28, 2020 Author Posted October 28, 2020 (edited) Hi @MEB, Here's screen shot. I found this happened when only photos shot on CH (High-speed continuous shooting) mode. BTW, plz give me an upload link, I'll send you the RAW file. Edited October 28, 2020 by John Zhou
