Help with a window

Hey ich hab ein riesen problem ich habe letztens ausversehen das fenster rechts gelöscht und kann es nicht mehr hinzufügen beziehungsweise ich weis nicht wie das geht kann mir bitte jemand helfen? Ich poste auch noch ein Bild rein.

Welcome to the Serif Affinity forums.

That looks like what in English would be the Layers panel, and your document looks like it is a new document with no content yet. The Layers panel will not have anything in it until you add content to your document, but then it will automatically be filled in as you work on the document.

For example, select the Rectangle tool from the bar on the left edge of your window, and draw a rectangle on the document. That should give you a layer that will show as (in English):
