jackamus
Has the way to 'Save a style from selection' changed due to an update? I have a Category of various dotted lines that I use from time to time. When creating a new dotted line previously I used to be able to select the object and then save it as a style but it doesn't seem to work now. I checked the help page but couldn't find the answer. walt.farrell
There has been a bug for awhile now where (if I remember correctly) we're unable to add a new Style if there's an existing Style in the same category that has the same stroke and fill. Perhaps you've hit that bug? jackamus
Thanks Walt. I have checked the various dotted lines and found that they are all different but I cannot add a new one. Should `I report this as a bug? Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed! Rules are for the guidance of wise men and the obedience of fools. It is likely to be just another manifestation of the same bug; perhaps differences in the dashes are not enough, and you need differences in stroke widths? If you can add your new one to a new category that would pretty much confirm it's the same bug. jackamus
I checked the stroke widths as well and they are all different. I will save the new style in a new category and report this as a continuing bug. Quote If voting made any difference it wouldn't be allowed!
