Separate curves request

After using the Expand curves command, the result is listed as 'Curves' in the Layers panel. The right-click menu for Curves doesn't list the Separate Curves command as an option (to avoid having to delete multiple nodes if the curve to which they belong is not required).

It would be handy if it did.

Using the node tool, select the node where you want to break the curve, then click the Break Curve button (first icon just to the right of "Actions:") on the context toolbar.

Are you aware of the ‘Layer > Geometry > Separate Curves’ route? It isn’t entirely clear from your topic title or your original post whether you’re merely requesting that the existing ‘Separate Curves’ command should also be available via the context menu.

Thanks but that doesn't separate the curves as listed in the layers panel. My suggestion was to replicate the Layers menu > Geometry > Separate Curves command in the layers panel right-click menu.

Thanks Alfred, it is a request to duplicate the Geometry > Separate Curves command in the Layers panel right-click menu, hence "It would be handy if it did".
