Joachim_L Posted October 7, 2020 Share Posted October 7, 2020 Personally I dislike the UI Style Dark, because for me it is too ... dark. But my personal taste is not the matter here. There are some flaws in the UI Style Light which were over and over reported, but were never fixed. Attached you'll see a screenshot where I marked the arrowhead area. I know what these buttons are for, but the contrast is not user friendly. Another point (also already reported) is the uniformity (correct word?) of the panels. Still happens, when all three apps are open I click a panel of the wrong application. Why not using the application colours to separate them visually. I think a small coloured overline on the panels (see screenshot) would be enough. Then these panels are part of the application's desktop, and it's always clear which application they belong to, because they show and hide with it. And which application (and its panels) is active/displayed is then clear from the status bar and from the title of the application. P.S. Maybe it would help if you set different gamma UI according to the application. Although it's not very effective in the case of Light scheme.
