Focal Point
Hi everyone. Could I please ask for help with a couple of issues with image resizing and resolution in Affiniti Photo. When RESIZING (not resampling) from 72 dpi to 300 dpi the image dimensions (height and width) do not show as having changed, when I would have expected them to be markedly smaller (as per Photoshop). Am I missing something here? Is it possible to set a Default DPI so that all work can be saved at this reolution? Thank you for any help

Thank you for any help If your document is sized by for example in inches then changing the dots per inch simply changes the dots per inch density. So a 6” x 4.5” image at 75 DPI remains 6” x 4.5” when changed to 300 DPI. However if you care to temporarily toggle the Units field to see the equivalent PIXEL dimensions before and after the resize you will see the pixel dimensions will change. In other words, to change the dimensions of the image, change the dimensions not the DPI. Focal Point 1 Quote My dad always told me, a bad workman always blames their tools….
