Hi. I downloaded Affinity Publisher latest update. My pc crashed while I was performing the install. It seems the update was canceled but the previous version I am using is unable to work.

The Affinity Publisher folder is present, but I can not execute the app or perform an uninstall operation in order to install the latest update. If I try to execute the newest Affinity Publisher install a dialog window appears saying that the Affinity Publisher folder is already in my system and I should pick a new folder in order to install it. I would like to perfom a clean uninstall of the previous Apublisher and then install the new version.

Thank you

@Bruno S

My personal choice for a program that very effectively removes all traces of an installed program, including ones which fail to uninstall using the default uninstaller, is Revo Uninstaller.  The free version should be perfectly adequate to do this job for you; I actually have the paid-for Pro version, principally because it enables me to actively monitor all installations as they happen.

Another method of removing programs that do not uninstall properly is to use this Microsoft utility.
