Connor8100 Posted August 24, 2015 Share Posted August 24, 2015 The size of the photo after cropping is approx. 7.8 megapix but it shows in inches it is approx. 35x23 inches at 96 dpi. What does this mean if you try to print it. Will it want to come out at that size? And if I change to 300dpi and resize the size stays the same. Staff Callum Posted August 25, 2015 Staff Share Posted August 25, 2015 Hi Connor8100, In the print menu there is an button that says Show Details clicking it will bring up extra print options. One of the options is for printing to actual size. This will cause the printer to print to the size of the document and not a specific page size. There are also options to print to a certain page size or scale down the document. Changing the DPI without changing the document size is only possible if you have Resample unticked in the resize document menu.
