patrick_h_lauke
When multiple layers are selected/highlighted, the context menu shows the "Rasterize" options ("Rasterize & Trim", "Rasterize...", "Rasterize to Mask") as active - making users think that they can be applied to all selected layers. However, when activating the options, only the top-most layer actually gets rasterized. This should either be a fix in the UI - the options should be greyed out/disabled (as the action cannot be performed when multiple layers have been highlighted) - or a more fundamental fix of the functionality - all layers that are highlighted should be rasterized. Staff Chris B Posted October 5, 2020 Staff Share Posted October 5, 2020 Hey patrick_h_lauke, The first selected layer is rasterized and the rest are not. This pops up quite often and I was under the impression we would look at seeing if we can indeed rasterize all the selected layers at the same time—if not then I agree we should find a more user-friendly way of handling this.
