10books Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Hello! affinity designer iPad app Could someone kindly help me? I’ve used the pen tool to create a closed shape with a stroke. I’ve coloured the stroke and filled the shape with the same colour. As you can see in the picture the cream coloured shape has a very thin boarder between the stroke and the fill, this seems to be a gap between the stroke and fill and it seems to be showing the colour below? How can I fix this? Quote
Alfred Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @10books. Can you share your *.afdesign file here? I can see from your screenshot that there are two cream curves which are grouped instead of being Boolean added, but the lilac curves in the other group look identical. Without the file it’s hard to tell what’s going on. 10books Posted October 2, 2020 Author Posted October 2, 2020 Hi, Here is the file, I don't think the issue is what you are saying but please have a look, thank you. lalcopy.afdesign Quote
Alfred Posted October 2, 2020 Posted October 2, 2020 Thanks for the file. You’re right that it’s nothing to do with the grouped cream curves. It seems to be something to do with the lilac group. Turning off the visibility of that group makes the thin border disappear, but turning off the visibility of only one of those two curves has no obvious effect.
