How to create a three color photo?

How do I create this effect in Affinity Photo?

Use a Posterize adjustment to reduce the number of levels, and use a Gradient Map adjustment to apply your choice of colours.

Thnx! In addition I adjusted the Curves a bit and dropped the vibrance to zero. This away there isn't any gradient colour.

I'm not sure I understand that. Affnity certainly can't create a 3-color image using palettized images, but it does have support for them, and could create 2- or 4-color PNG images that way.

I see you were using Posterize before conversion to greyscale. If you convert to greyscale before Posterize, then you can produce an exact number of tones, and then a Gradient Map  on top of that can map the tones to the same number of colours.
