Are you using a NVIDIA GPU as the renderer? If you are use drivers 442.92 or switch to the integrated GPU for the renderer if your PC has one.

It has been reported previously but there is no solution as yet.

Both PC’s Win 11 x64 System
PC1 ASUS ROG Strix - AMD Ryzen 9 6900X CPU @ 3.3GHz. 32GB RAM

- GPU 1: AMD Radeon integrated. GPU 2: NVIDIA RTX 3060, 6GB
PC2 ASUS ProArt  PZ13 - Snapdragon X Plus X1P42100 (8 CPUs), 16GB RAM
- Neural Processor - Qualcomm® Hexagon™ NPU up to 45TOPS 

- GPU 1: Qualcomm Adreno Graphics,

Windows 10 Pro, 2004 build 19041.508, 10Gen i7-10700 CPU with H470M chipset,  GTX1660 OC, Affinity 1.8.5.703

For what it is worth, I'm using the latest Nvidia 456.38 game ready drivers, with Affinity Photo renderer set to GTX1660, and not having any issues with Sony .ARW raw images, including your DSC02455.ARW image.
