Spare Channel context menu incomplete clicking outside icon

I tried out this feature and it worked fine.

- You can now single click a spare channel in the Channels panel to edit it like a layer.

But when trying to apply the changes to a layer above, clicking on the spare channel "area" outside the icon only produced part of the regular context menu. I had to click on the icon to get the full Spare Channel context menu.
