Gaussian Blur issue

Hola, no sé si sea el único que cuando quiero aplicar el efecto de desenfoque gausiano no se aplica. Ni se puede modificar el radio ni nada de nada. Tengo iPad de sexta generación (2018). ¿Como lo soluciono? ¿O es un bug? De ser así soluciónenlo, es un programa de paga.

This filter should be working absolutely fine—can you please make sure you are applying the filter to a pixel layer and not another filter or adjustment layer.

If you're still having a problem with it, a quick recording with the Layers Studio visible would be helpful. Thanks
