I signed up for the trial of Affinity Designer and received an email with download button and Order Number. I signed into my account and the same, just an order number, no product key. I signed in incognito in chrome then safari and then Firefox, same thing, no product key.

Not a good start. How do I get my product key to test the product before the trial expires?

The prompt is to download the trial, then launch the app and when launched it asks for a product key to proceed. Are there prompts somewhere in the process I am missing?

Can you give us a screenshot of the prompt you're seeing?

Or, perhaps you previously ran the trial, and so you're not eligible again and not getting the option to continue?
