Bryce
A PDF with mulitple pages that is placed into a Publisher document relinks wrong if the link was missing and then replaced. All pages that were NOT page 1 suddenly all link to page 1. In the attachment you see they are four pages of the same. Though that is not what was assigned - see here: This is consistently a problem. Not to mention the file is practically unusable because it is so slow. I'm running 1.8.4 on MacOS 10.15.6 (19G2531 How quick can I get a fix on this because this is serious and I thought I would use Publisher for a big book? thank you! Bryce
Is it safe to install the latest beta? I always hear warnings of installing beta software on production machines.

Certainly maintain a backup of the file before you touch it with the beta application, and be prepared to have to revert to the retail version with the possibility of having to redo any changes you made using the beta. Staff Gabe Posted September 25, 2020 Staff Share Posted September 25, 2020 Our beta is a separate install too, so you can keep both beta and retail running at the same time. Just FYI that projects created/resaved in 1.9 beta are not backwards compatible with 1.
