Can Affinity License be reassigned if an employee leaves the company (without additional costs)?

I was wondering whether Affinity licenses can be reassigned in the event a user leaves the department?

Licenses are permanently linked to the email address you use when you place the order. If you plan on reusing licenses when an individual leaves you may find it helpful to buy the software with a generic email rather than an individual one (for example admin@example.com rather than john.smith@example.com). You would then just need to make sure that the old user removes any copies they may have on their devices.
