Recommended Posts

Hello @klauspstein,

Welcome to the forum.

I dont´t problem with the high pass filter..
It looks very strange indeed.
Can you provide a file with the said problem, for the problem analysis?
Ideally with all work steps.

Cheers

Hello @klauspstein.

Live filters only affect the layer below.
Dissolve the group or drag the High-Pass Filter above the group.
Now the filter should work as expected.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Ok, thanks, but what I don't understand- why does the same file (with the group in that order) than work flawlessly within Photo 1.8.5.703?

Regards, Klaus

It could be a Bug, maybe someone from the Affinity team will look at this file. They can certainly judge it better, as I.

This is sadly a regression in 1.9. It is logged to be looked at. Sorry.

Also, friendly reminder - please report bugs or potential bugs in their own thread as it allows me to tag it with the bug report number and we prevent giving lots of other users notifications that they may not want.
