Changing hue and values for colors?

How do I pick a color on the picture and then changing it’s hue and values freely across the area? The color replacement doesn’t do any of that since coloring over blue with white only turns it grey.

Select layer. Switch to Selection Persona. Tap Select Sampled Colour tool to select desired colour across whole image. Switch to Photo persona and add a colour adjustment from Adjustments studio. Adjust to suit. Only colours bounded by moving ants will be effected.

Thanks but I can’t find the color adjustment option.

In the Colour Studio.
Studios are on right side of screen. Adjustments and filters are sorted into various  Studios. Press the ? In bottom right to see them named.

There are a number of adjustments that effect colour so just experiment with what works best for you.
