Corrupted file

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I just saved a file I was working on and relaunched Affinity Photo, after a weird behavior of the program (slowing down, not reading a shortcut). It now says that the file is corrupted and it offers me a recovery version that fails to load in the same way. I  can’t open my work at all.

I read in the forums that you’re not supposed to work on external drives with Affinity Photo, so that might’ve been the source of the problem.

I’m sending you a link to the file.  https://drive.google.com/file/d/1crGTTbpAmSPGMpYuSbUGJ30a2QdrGKtK/view?usp=sharing

I’d be glad if someone could take a look at it and try recovering what’s left of it.

I’m on version 1.8.5.703 and working on Windows 10, although the file was created on OSX.

Thank you,

Jakub Bednarz
