Benchmark process hangs

Recommended Posts

I've tried running Help > Benchmark several times now on my laptop (specs below). Each time it has hung while working on the Raster (Multi CPU) section, and I have had to kill Photo using the Task Manager.

My laptop specs are in my signature, Chris.

As (for me) the hang seems to happen while performing part of the benchmark that is CPU-based I'm not sure which driver versions you're interested in. But here are my display drivers just in case they're helpful :)

Same here, process hangs, at Raster  (Multi CPU) and has to be killed via task manager.

My laptop specs:

Windows 10 1903 64
16 GB
Intel i7 5500U
AMD Radeon R7 M265 Series -> Default Renderer

Before I switched on OpenCL in the preferences the benchmark finished but the result was N/A at both single and multi GPU

Help > Benchmark is now working for me in 1.9.0.767.  Thanks!
