Work computer Apple ID changed, no longer able to update

I’m on my work computer. The previous employee set up this computer, and when I took over I didn’t have access to his passwords or credentials. I had to change my Apple ID to update the computer software. Is there any way I can access the version that was bought by my organization so that I can update Affinity, or do I have to buy another version?

It was purchased by IFLS Library System in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
