1.8.5 Space & Distribution (toolbar buttons) of nodes is completely broken!!

Hi Affinity Team,

Before updating to 1.8.5 there used to be a distribution option that could be used to not only distribute shapes, but also the nodes within the shapes. Since I have updated to 1.8.5, the ease of access on the button and also the hotkey/macro/shortcut seems to be completely unavailable. Within my workflow the nodes within the contours have to be aligned and managed to prevent discrepancies with printing, animation rigging and also batch rendering. Ever since installing this new update, the option of spacing vertically and horizontally has been totally disabled which has cost me some efficiency. I have tried creating new documents, new curves, using lower installations of the app to get this to work, but to no avail (which includes 1.8.4 and under?!). I only installed the new update today and have used the tools beforehand with my shortcut macros, so there is something wrong here. 😐

I really hope this can be fixed as this is the game changer that has helped me to migrate from Illustrator to affinity, and while the space distribution does work if you open up the "Alignment" button on your toolbar, it is slow and clumsy to use when I could have otherwise trusted my macro command to do the work for me without derailing my focus. 🤔

Thank you guys at Affinity. 🙂
