mbenoit83 Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Hello all. I just tried updating to the latest affinity designer version in the app store. Unfortunately, the download is horrendously slow and stops around 10MB before restarting from 0. Is anyone else having similar problems? I tried uninstalling and reinstalling from scratch but the same problem is occuring. I'm a bit helpless without a workable program .. Thank you in advance. mbenoit83 Posted August 20, 2015 Author Share Posted August 20, 2015 Thank you for the welcome. I have logged out and logged back in. I have also restarted my computer multiple times. I still can't seem to download the program (tops out at 10.2/138 MB over what seems to be 30 minutes and then resets to 0). I tested my internet speed and it is more than adequate (50mbps/5mbps). Just give some hours or a day and try again. Sometimes that happens here with me too.
