All file types are exporting as jpg

Recommended Posts

Hi all,

I am in need of some help with the Export Persona. I have been trying to export files for logos (svg, esp, pdf etc.) and everything is exporting as a jpg even after I have selected the other file types. I have reset my Affinity Designer however it hasn't resolved the issue. Does anyone know how I can fix this please?

Hi @Eli B,

Welcome to the forums :)

I've created a test document here and set up a single slice to be exported to the same 4 formats in your screenshot and this has exported as expected, with 4 separate file types being created.

Could you please provide a copy of your .afdesign file, so we can investigate this further?

Many thanks in advance!

Are you sure all the exports are jpg format files & not just ones in each of the indicated formats with the same "JPEG - Secondary Log" filename?

From your screenshot it looks like that filename is too long for all of it to fit in the filename field so you won't see all of it or the file extension.
