jam9663 Posted August 20, 2015 Share Posted August 20, 2015 Just purchased Affinity Designer and Affinity Photo a couple of days ago. Tried to open Designer and get the opening screen, however, all of the options are greyed out and program won't allow me to do anything else. In fact, I have to perform a "force quit" to exit the program. This is only happening on the Affinity Designer. Affinity Photo seems to be working just fine. I tried to reinstall the app and get the same results. I tried to download and install the "trial" version and also get the same result....not sure what else to do. $50 is a lot to pay for something that is in operable, sure could use some help.....like tech support (but I am not seeing a link to them). (check in the store - both products were updated yesterday) If you're using OS X 10.11 El Capitan beta then you need to get the updated version as there is a known compatibility problem.
