crealively
Hello everybody,I'm new here and want to get away from Photoshop. My first problem with AP looks like this, see photo. There's a newspaper article and a dark area shines through from the back, see the red arrow I made so you can better understand what I'm talking about.I solved this in Photoshop by selecting the tonal value correction and clicking on the dark area with the white pipette. How do I do this in AP? Best wishes winzigweich
Old Bruce
Hi and welcome to the forums @crealively, I would use a Levels Adjustment layer for this. Curves could also be used. I have never mastered color management, period, so I cannot help with that.

crealively
Another problem: How do I do it when the newspaper has a yellowish?
Old Bruce
Use the Black and White adjustment layer first, make the yellow brighter and then use the Levels or Curves. crealively
Sorry for the misunderstanding. I don't want yellow, the background should be white.

crealively
Another thing: What if there is a color photo in the article? I think this white pipette is missing in AP.
