Resize Image for Online Upload

Hello!

I'm trying to upload an image of a business card I created for online printing, but can not size the image correctly. 

I've tried sizing the document to the trim area and safety line, in 300 DPI, tried JPEG and PNG. 

Can someone tell me how to do this? Thank you!!!!

Business Card 3.5" x 2"

Design Guidelines

Trim Area: 3.75" x 2.25"
To avoid unwanted white borders
at the edge of your final product,
your design should extend to the
outer edge. Important information,
such as text, should not extend
into this area since it’s at risk of
being cut off.

Safety Line: 3.375" x 1.875"
This solid line shows the edge
of the safe area. Your design
should extend beyond the
safety line into the trim area,
but important content should
remain within the safety line
to avoid being cut off.

I recommend setting up your document using the steps shown in my below screen recording - you can then export this and upload it for printing.
