An error occurred while exporting

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

I am getting this message when I try to export a Publisher document to a PDF.

Is there a log file somewhere that will help me find out why the error is occurring?

Thank you!

Not by default, but you can arrange for one to be created:

Alfred online2long.gif
Affinity Designer/Photo/Publisher for Windows • Windows 10 Home (4th gen Core i3 CPU)
Affinity Photo for iPad 1.8.4.186 • Designer for iPad 1.8.4.4 • iPadOS 13.7 (iPad Air 2)

Hi Efvee,
Thanks for the files. It's indeed a (reported) issue with postscript fonts. Meanwhile if you click the More button in the PDF Export dialogue and change the Embed Fonts dropdown on bottom from All Fonts to Text as Curves you should be able to export the document without issues.
