RealSkyDiver
I was wondering if it’s easy to follow something like a tutorial for Affinity Photo that is shown on the desktop version with the iOS version since both versions are pretty much identical? Alfred
Welcome to the Serif Affinity Forums, @RealSkyDiver. Although there are several features missing from the iPad version of the app and the user interface is obviously very different, you should find most tutorials for the desktop version of APh reasonably easy to follow on the iPad. I recommend that you just give it a go, but please don’t hesitate to post back if you get stuck! Affinity iPad Student
@RealSkyDiver you most certainly can! @Alfred expressed facts. His advice is always 💯 I have successfully followed Photoshop tutorials as well. (I’m still a newbie myself - just started getting serious with AP this year) Once you know where most things are located in Affinity, it’s pretty much like a game controller. Different games, setup their controls differently - but since you know the controller... you’re able to play all sorts of games. Same thing with Affinity Photo on iPad. Here are some tutorials I was able to follow along successfully! As you can see.. a lot! https://design.tutsplus.com/tutorials/create-a-giant-panda-themed-fantasy-image-in-affinity-photo--cms-31682 Alfred 1 Quote Specs: iPad Pro 12.9 (2020 Model — —- - - — - - - ——- - - —- - - - —- - - - - My Affinity Photo iPad Creations: Urban Ninja vs. Drone || Folded Space || 1st Revolt
