Affinity Photo unusable on Surface pro 7

Recommended Posts

Good morning,

I bought three months ago a copy of affinity photo to edit my photos on the MS SP7 on the go, however, affinity photo simply does not work properly on my surface pro 7, even though it works just fine on my desktop computer.

The problem is the RAW file appears to be very dark and the colors all saturated, even though on the thumbnail map it appears to be correct.

This is a problem i only encounter on affinity photo, lightroom and other raw editors don't seem to have this problem on my computer.

I tired everything, even calibrating my monitor, but to no avail.

I'm attching four different screenshots from two different camera's raw files.

Can you help me?

Thank you,

Check the default color profile, I think it is something like "Enhanced sRGB" in Surface Pro 7. Using standard sRGB instead (which should also come with the system) should fix the problem.

Already done that Lagarto, still the same.

Just to make sure: You have adjusted the Windows system color settings for the display? (We're not suggesting changing anything in Affinity Photo or in your document.)
