danielsantana
Hey there, my colleagues from our Photogrammetry section are wondering, why their TIFFs can`t be openend with Affinity Photo, though they should. The files have 4 channels (R, G, B and Infrared). I´ve copied the following specs from the file informations out of my Adobe Photoshop, probably there is just an issue with the geographic informations the file also is containing. Help would be very appreciated as we are thinking about changing our whole workflow in that section from Adobe to Affinity. Here´s the file informations: UltraCam-Lvl03 -------------- CAM_ID: 431S91898X119229-f100 [2] IMG_NO: 75 RECORD_GUID: 518645de-5ed4-48d0-b898-45e26b6da428 IMG_GUID: 710CFB0D-6F46-443B-87FB-8E3D45411AF0 FILE_GUID: 44638AC4-4193-41D9-BE0C-11A13AD76A1B LICENSE_ID: 1286746206 SOFTWARE: UltraMap Image Export 29.2.2001.1401 PIXEL_SIZE_WIDTH: 4.000000 [micron] PIXEL_SIZE_HEIGHT: 4.000000 [micron] APERTURE: F_5.6 EXPOSURE_TIME: 0.004000000000HIGH_ISO_MODE_CAPTURE: offHIGH_ISO_MODE_PROCESSING: off ----- Inner Orientation -----PRINCIPAL_DISTANCE: 100.500000000000 [mm]PRINCIPAL_POINT_X: -0.000000000000 [mm]PRINCIPAL_POINT_Y: -0.120000000000 [mm]SENSOR_AREA_WIDTH: 68.016000000000 [mm]SENSOR_AREA_HEIGHT: 105.840000000000 [mm]----------------------------- ----- Exposure Annotation Data -----MID_EXPOSURE_CORRECTION: 0.000000000000 FMS_SENSOR_CODE: UCE-M3-fFMS_CAMERA_PORT: 1FMS_EXPOSURE_NUMBER: 75FMS_PROJECT: 7567FMS_AREA: LOS7_21FMS_LINE_NUMBER: 1FMS_SEGMENT_NUMBER: 1FMS_WAY_POINT_NUMBER: 9GPS_DATE: 200325GPS_TIME: 101405GPS_LATITUDE: N50.721446 [degree]GPS_LONGITUDE: E010.517328 [degree]GPS_ALTITUDE: 4665.9 [m]GPS_POSITION_SOLUTION: GPSGPS_TRACK_OVER_GROUND: 90 [degree]GPS_ABOVE_GROUND_LEVEL: 4132.9 [m]GPS_GROUND_SPEED: 101.2 [mps]------------------------------------ ----- Level-3 Parameters -----IMG_TYPE: High resolution multi channel RGBIROTATION: 270 [degree]------------------------------------ Edited September 7, 2020 by danielsantana

Thank you very much for the quick answer and the welcome :) I have to upload the file first (size is about 3.4 GB) and would send you the link later as a direct message! Thanks again!
