Artcraft
I want from image one to image two... The best way I found was creating my paths, expand them and divide, so i can delete everything outside the shape.... and I got image 3... that would be a damn painful lot of work to clean this mess up. Is there no better way around... or way to do it at all? Divide is a mess in this programm... and let me guess, there is no live paint bucket tool? firstdefence
Duplicate the main shape and make the stroke and fill black Draw the lines and expand the strokes Boolean add the expanded strokes Select the duplicated main shape and the added expanded strokes Boolean subtract the the expanded strokes from the duplicate main shape Nest the resultant shape in the original shape and use boolean divide to get the colour areas. You should end up with something like this... Quote iMac 27" 2019 Somona 14.3.1, iMac 27" Affinity Designer, Photo & Publisher V1 & V2, Adobe, Inkscape, Vectorstyler, Blender, C4D, Sketchup + more... G13RL
Another way to do it: Draw the shape and inner curves, select the set, "Expand Stroke", "Add". Then "Layer", "Geometry", "Separate Curves" and colour the different parts. firstdefence
Artcraft
Thanks, looks good right now... except of a few thousands unnessary nodes on my shape. Well it seems I have to wait til boolean operators get better. firstdefence
