newdesigner
How do I get rid of these very tiny white lines between objects? They don't show on Illustrator.
newdesigner
Here is a video of the lines that I can't get rid of. https://d.pr/v/QFZICC They don't show well in the image because of the jpeg.

sfriedberg
This is a very well-known issue with the Affinity suite, primarily Designer or Designer persona. The edges of adjacent shapes are being rendered (with antialiasing and similar) so that their boundary is not completely opaque. Other illustration tools render the edges of vector objects slightly differently, which is why you don't see the problem there. The devs are aware of this issue, as it's been raised many, many (like 50?) times. This is basically a display issue. If you import shapes from Illustrator and see the lines in Affinity Designer, the shapes have not changed. You are only being shown them rendered on the screen slightly differently. I do not know if the same issue affects vector shapes that are rasterized on output by the Affinity suite. That could produce slightly different output than other illustration tools. Perhaps that topic has been discussed in one of the earlier threads on this topic. Callum
