Window Menu Mac

Check Safari: there is only one entry in the Window menu for each open window regardless of how many tabs are open in that window.

I would consider Apple to be a reasonably authoritative source on how the Window menu in a Mac application should behave.

After all, it is a Window menu and not a Tab menu.

I have checked with Apple Keynote; three presentations in one window with tabs, one presentation in a separate window. Apple shows the names of all 4 presentations in the Window menu, so they're not consistent.
