Transfer license from a Mac to a PC?

Welcome to the Affinity forum @armandhammer,

Our software licences are not transferable and you would need to purchase a separate Windows licence to install on Windows device. Each version is sold separately and each has its own licenses.

Licence can only be revoked/cancelled within 14 days of the original purchase.

Any spelling or grammatical errors found in the above post are deliberate and included to boost the self-esteem of those who spot them.

Hold my horses… I'm about to hop over to Mac. I have to buy all three pieces of software all over AGAIN for like €200 in total?!
Never heard of a software that has separate licenses cross-platform.

We'll see about that, or if I'll just stick with Adobe for now.

164,97 Euros to be precise. To.Be.Payed.Once ... compared to about 743,40 Euros every year?

You don’t have to buy them all over again if you really like the Windows versions that you already have. You can hop over to Boot Camp, install a genuine copy of Windows and then continue to use your existing Affinity apps (and any other Windows software that you’re accustomed to using).

Paid twice*

Yes, but only 82,48 paid twice, not 164,97. Still a bargain compared to 743,30 annually.

54,99 € per app is 164,97 € for all three. Still a bargain compared to 743,30 € annually!
