FWIW, the file won't open on my Mac either, & I get the same 'file type not supported' notice.

Ditto in AD on iPad. It’s probably looking for something in the header of the file (which it won’t find, of course, if that part of the header is corrupted).

Hi DylanShropshire,

Welcome to the forums :)

I'm really sorry to hear one of your files has become seemingly corrupt.
I have sent a copy of your file to our developers to be investigated. Please could you tell me

1. What operating system are you using ?

2. What version of the software did the file last get saved in?

3. What drive type was the file last saved onto ?

  • Local disk
  • USB
  • Google Drive
  • OneDrive
  • iCloud
  • Dropbox
  • Network
  • Other

Thanks

C

Hi @Callum!

1. Windows 10

2. I'm not 100% sure. I was not updated to the newest version, but tried updating to see if that would work. I'm currently on the newest version and it still doesn't open.

3. It was saved to local disk. I also uploaded the file to another location (not listed above) after creating it and both files failed to open. Must have been converted before I backed it up.
