Regards Rob Hi Rob, I have PC and MAC and do use iCloud on them too but everything I do on iPad, “I do on iPad”, including download of all internet files like these macros. I choose always to store everything in iCloud so that I can pick things up on any machine I want to use. If I retired my PC and MAC I would still be using iCloud as its a lot cheaper than paying for a larger memory iPad. I still do just fine with a 128GB iPad with my 2TB iCloud storage for photos and video. Quote My dad always told me, a bad workman always blames their tools…. Just waiting for Ronny Pickering….. Rob Chisholm
Hello Paul, The download for desktop AP plug in “install jr-channels.afmacros” went smooth as, However on iPad pressed download nothing occurred- so my question was where did the download go on the iPad ? This be user error me thinks. Apologies not explained well. very good point about using Dropbox/cloud services, never thought about it that way. Just got used to poor internet service around here. You need to import the macros via Macro, Burger Menu, Import Macros, navigate to the download folder where the files are stored. Unfortunately, iPad version has some limitations, e.g. missing UI to import or create own procedural textures. A workaround is to store actual layers (created on Desktop version) as documents or assets, and open them on iPad and store as assets, or copy/paste between documents.
