If that machine matches or exceeds the requirements given on the Affinity website then it should be able to run Photo. Requirements can be found here: https://affinity.serif.com/en-gb/photo/full-feature-list/ Make sure your OS and drivers are up-to-date, including .NET (see FAQs for information on this). In this case, looking at the specs here: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Acer-Aspire-11-6-inch-Netbook/dp/B006TYAO3Y you might be pushing it, but it depends on what sort of thing you want to do.
